Deck the Halls is a traditional Christmas song whose melody dates back to the 16th century. The lyrics as it is known was written by Scottish musician Thomas Oliphant in 1862.

Many voices from different musical styles have already sung this cheerful Christmas song, names like Nat King Cole, Frank Sinatra, Bing Crosby, Knoxville Jazz Orchestra, Billy Taylor and even Rob Halford of Judas Priest made his version in Heavy Metal.
