Alone Together Backing Track Jazz - 100bpm
Alone Together Backing Track Jazz - Another jam track of a beautiful Jazz Standard for the instrumentalist to practice his knowledge.
"Alone Together" was composed in 1932 by Arthur Schwartz for a Broadway musical. It immediately became a jazz standard being played by great singers and instrumentalists, artists like Artie Shaw, Chet Baker, Miles Davis, Tony Bennett, Ella Fitzgerald, Ray Charles, Betty Carter, Benny Golson, Miles Davis, Paul Desmond, Jim Hall, Ron Carter, Judy Garland, Dizzy Gillespie, Charlie Haden, Peggy Lee, Julie London, Sonny Rollins, Sonny Stitt, Kenny Dorham, Artie Shaw, Archie Shepp, Jo Stafford, Mel Torme, Bill Evan, Keith Jarrett, Joe Diorio, Grant Green, Peter Bernstein, John Scofield, Mike Stern, Pat Martino, Larry Coryell and many others.
This standard has a slightly different form than the conventional one, its form is AABA with 44-bars. Its harmony is full of the major and minor cadence II-V-I, this harmonic formation is very important for the study of jazz as it is very common in this musical style.
This backing track consists of drums, double bass and piano. The tempo is at 100bpm.
