Afternoon In Paris DRUM AND BASS Jazz Backing Track - A great jazz standard for the improvisation student to change the tonal center.

"Afternoon In Paris" is a jazz theme composed by pianist John Lewis in 1949. This theme has the traditional AABA form with 32 measures, in the course of parts A and B the tonal center changes from C major to Bb major and Ab major, a very attractive harmony for the practice of improvisation.

Great artists have already interpreted this theme, names like Phineas Newborn, Benny Golson, Sonny Rollins, Benny Golson, Chet Baker, Bud Powell, Sonny Stitt, Kenny Barron, Milt Jackson, Art Farmer, Cedar Walton, Niels-Henning Orsted Pedersen, Kenny Burrell , George Coleman, Roland Kirk, Stéphane Grappelli and many others.

This backing track consists of drums and double bass. The tempo is at 150bpm.
