"Behind Closed Doors" is a traditional blues without a defined author that was recorded by Arthur "Big Boy" Crudup (1905-1974). Crudup has several songs that were recorded by Elvis Presley and several artists linked to rock and blues.

Do not confuse this blues with the compositions of the same name by other artists or groups like Charlie Rich, Matt Fishel, Peter Andre, Pop Evil, New Order, Rise Against and others. It will hardly be found any other recording of this blues other than the one made by Arthur "Big Boy" Crudup.

It is a common blues in 12 bar in the key of G major. Even the less experienced improvisers will find it difficult to improvise on these blues.
