“Mack the Knife” (Die Moritat von Mackie Messe) is a song composed in 1928 by Kurt Weill with lyrics by German playwright Bertolt Brecht for the musical drama “Die Dreigroschenoper”, known in Portuguese as “Ópera dos Trêspenténs”.
